Her key area of work is in mid to high net worth family disputes. She has extensive experience dealing with problems that can occur where large sums of money are involved, including pensions, share options, farms, trusts, companies and partnerships. She deals with civil partnership issues, cohabitation, pre-marital agreements and the more complex family cases. She is on the Law Society, Family Law Panel and is a member of Resolution, an organisation which encourages family disputes to be resolved in a constructive and non confrontational way. She has trained as a Mediator and as a Collaborative Lawyer.
Her many years in family law work has led her to believe that Collaborative Law is the way forward for resolving family disputes.
