Nick’s Family Law practice covers all aspects of marriage and relationship breakdown. His acumen with figures enables him to deal with all types of financial, property and pension disputes, whilst his experience as a father (and re-married divorcee) gives him a genuine understanding of cases involving children.
Nick’s experience and expertise in Family Law is recognised by his advanced membership of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel. He is also a long standing member of Resolution, promoting a constructive and realistic way of resolving family problems, finding solutions that are reasonable to all.
At the end of 2006, Nick trained as a Collaborative Family Lawyer.
Nick is happy to arrange meetings in the Newbury area and will not charge for time spent in travelling.
