Richard Apley specializes in the avoidance and resolution of disputes, with a particular emphasis on matrimonial and family problems. He enjoys working as a Collaborative Lawyer, having always sought to bring parties to a dispute together rather than divide them.
He believes that his other professional work in a wide variety of disputes including commercial matters, employment, trusts, contracts and property add to his understanding and knowledge of his clients, as well as maintaining his enthusiasm.
Before becoming a solicitor Richard spent some years in the classical music business, and he still performs regularly as a singer, a saxophonist and a cellist.
